Grilled Pepper and Steak Kebabs
Prep Time: 120 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 lb. sirloin steak
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking (or Dipping) Soy Sauce, drizzle on top
In a bowl place the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce, honey and the steak and let marinade.
When your steak is marinated to your liking, go ahead and cut into cubes.
Cut bell peppers and onion into skewer sized pieces.
Place the marinated steak and veggies on a kebab, brush with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill.
Once removed from grill and cooled, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking or Dipping Soy Sauce for added flavor.
