Gwyneth Paltrow Made A Vitamin Just for Moms

It is no secret that having a baby can be draining—both emotionally and physically—and it may take you a while to get back to feeling like yourself. Your body will need some extra time and attention to replenish itself, so if you’ve been looking for a reason to justify that trip to the spa, it really is for your own good.

But not all of us can jet off for a quick seaweed wrap with Minis in tow. Instead, there’s an easier option to boost your health from home— take a vitamin. Gwyneth Paltrow’s goop worked with four doctors to roll out a series of vitamins and supplement regimens to address the needs of the women they see in their practices every day. The vitamin packs are so aptly named Why Am I So Effing Tired, High School Genes, Balls in the Air, and the Mother Load.

The last, of course, is formulated specifically for moms and can be taken prior to conception as well as while pregnant. The supplement promises to provide extra support to help both new and not-so-new moms get back on their feet with vitamins and minerals, including folates, antioxidants like beta-carotene, vitamin C and E, and an essential amount of iron.
