The Meghan Markle NYC baby shower was the surprise of the month!
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expecting their first royal baby in late April and while we’re all certain Baby Sussex will be showered with the finest in baby gifts and gear, that didn’t stop Markle’s entourage from throwing her a baby shower at the Mark Hotel in New York City this past week.
Friends including Serena Williams (who booked the event in the Mark’s penthouse suite for a reported $75,000, according to The Cut), Suits co-star Abigail Spencer, Amal Clooney, and Gayle King were among those gathered for the royal mum-to-be. The NYC soiree was one of two baby showers that will be held for Markle before the royal baby arrives and we couldn’t pass up dishing on her maternity style while in the States.
